John Polaschek has over 10 years of experience as a leader in the eLearning industry. He has managed the implementation of several learning management systems and the development of highly interactive training courses for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to his current role, John built his media foundation while working on feature films and as an advertising photographer. John earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Design from California State University, Chico and is a member of the Plateau Learning Management System User Group.

B.J. Schone is a learning and technology guru who helps people and organizations operate at their peak potential. He actively works in the areas of social collaboration, performance improvement, learning management, eLearning, mobile learning (mLearning), informal learning, and with other emerging learning technologies. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and his Master’s of Education in Information Science & Learning Technologies (MEd) from the University of Missouri. B.J. is also a recognized blogger (see eLearningWeekly.com) and frequent speaker at learning and technology conferences.
